A96 blocked after tanker and car crash

Emergency services are in attendance at a two-car crash on the A96 outside Elgin.

The collision occurred shortly after 1pm, when a tanker ploughed into the rear of a car by the town’s Eight Acres Hotel.

Police confirmed that a woman was being treated for injuries, though they are believed to be minor.
