The red Kase tractor overturned at 3.40pm, and is still causing delays along the A939 at Main Street through Tomintoul. Hay bales were sent scattering across the street following the crash. A male driver was taken to Dr Gray’s Hosiptal in Elgin, though he is not believed to have serious injuries. The road is expected to remain closed for the next 30 minutes, and motorists are advised to use alternative routes. A local restaurateur said: “The tractor is laying on its side, and there are other tractors there taking the bales of hay off the road.”
