A drugs raid on a Moray property yesterday resulted in three arrests and the recovery of a stash of illegal drugs.
Police charged two men, aged 32 and 42, and a 33-year-old woman at an address in Elgin.
All three are expected to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court today (Friday September 18) in relation to drug offences following the recovery of heroin and cocaine with an estimated street value of over £4,000.
A police spokesperson said: “The recovery was made as part of an intelligence-led operation in the McBeath Court area of Elgin on Thursday 17 September. A low four figure sum of cash was also recovered.
“Anyone with information about drugs misuse is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.”
