Tractor and car collide on Moray road

Two people were trapped under a tractor’s trailer last night after a crash in Moray.

The car and tractor collided on the B9089 Roseisle to Kinloss road at about 7.10pm.

Police, fire and ambulance all attended the scene, with firefighters using cutting gear to free the trapped motorists.

There were no injuries as a result, and the drama was over by 7.30pm.

A fire service spokeswoman said: “We sent three appliances, two from Elgin and one from Forres.

“The two people were looked over by the ambulance staff and found to be not injured.”
