The accident happened at 6.36am on the A941, Elgin to Lossiemouth road. The driver was not thought to be seriously injured but was treated by paramedics at the scene and taken to Dr. Gray’s Hospital in Elgin. Fire crews from Elgin were called to the scene but we were not required to use cutting equipment.
