Aberdeen Coastguard were alerted after a youngster was reportedly spotted stuck on rocks off of Cullen Beach at about 1.30pm. Buckie lifeboat has been called to the incident. A coastguard spokesman said: “We are still involved. We can’t go into much detail. A child is stuck on the rocks at Cullen. It is at Cullen Beach. “We were called at about 1.30pm. We sent out the Buckie lifeboat.” He could give no further details. Police have not yet been called to the incident.
