Earlier today footage emerged online of a woman, walking her dog, cutting the side of a car with a key in Buckie. A woman has now been charged by the police in relation to the incident, in addition to two other incidents in the area involving vehicles. A police spokesman said: “A 44 year-old female has been charged in connection to three vandalisms to motor vehicles. “A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.”
