A care worker in Moray has been given a warning after shouting abuse at a colleague and continually expressing political views to a service user despite being asked to stop.
Shawn Craib, who was works at Community Integrated Care in Fochabers, admitted the two incidents at a hearing of the Scottish Social Services Council this week.
His actions, which took place earlier this year, were deemed to have “abused the trust of service users, colleagues and his employers.”
However the hearing also heard that he “demonstrated insight into his behaviour” and there was a “low likelihood of repetition.”
Mr Craib will now have a warning attached to his register for six months.
