Three crews were called to Roberston Drive shortly after 6.30am after an emergency call. Two fire engines from Elgin and one from Lossiemouth were on the street for about an hour before leaving the scene. The occupants of the house were treated for smoke inhalation. A fire spokesman said: “One casualty had to be led to safety by the fire service. Another person had already left the property.” An ambulance spokesman said: “One local crew attended, nobody was required to go to hospital.”
