The Inch perfect trials motorcycle display team entertained the crowds with their flips and tricks on two wheels.

The First Fraserburgh Boys Brigade’s bugle band provided the soundtrack for the rally with a mega slide, assault course, and a chainsaw wood carving demonstration among the other attractions.

Fraserburgh Leisure Centre also played host to a number of indoor charity and craft stalls.

Last night, he thanked all of those who came along to catch a of the scores of vehicles.

He said: “We are very grateful to all of the spectators who turned out.

“There were a lot of people here and it is a really good event for the town.

“We had visitors from the Western Isles, Tayside, Wick and Penrith and there were quite a lot of local people who turned up too.

“We had old cars, new cars, motorbikes, push bikes, tractors and everything in between.”

To date the event has given away more than £250,000 to local charities.

Mr Gray said he will take a short pause before starting to arrange the 2020 Fraserburgh Vintage Car Rally.

He said: “We’ll give ourselves a little bit of a break then look ahead to next year.”
