A green-fingered great-granddad has seen his stunning garden turn into an accidental tourist attraction – with hordes of visitors queuing at his door to take selfies.
Robert Burns moved into his pretty cottage on the banks of Loch Lomond with wife Lizzie in 2000 and inherited a front garden which was a jungle of weeds.
Painstakingly, Robert and Lizzie turned it into a joyful oasis of blooming colour – then realised they had spawned a holidaymaker hot-spot as American and Japanese tourists began flocking to see it.
