The A82 was blocked this morning by a fallen tree at Duck Bay, near Balloch – but it was cleared by around 8.10am, with traffic starting to flow again.
And the A9 was experienced heavy snow fall in the early hours of the morning leading to difficult driving conditions, particularly around Drumochter and the Slochd.
Snow gates on the B974 at Banchory remain closed.
Two flights from Aberdeen to Heathrow at 8.30am and 4.10pm have been cancelled as has the late afternoon flight to Amsterdam.
The 12.45pm flight to Heathrow and 1.45pm flight to Amsterdam from Inverness have been cancelled as well.
