Police issued a photograph of Elizabeth Donald Hills, from Elgin, when she had not been seen since 9am this morning at Dundee Railway Station. They appealed for anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts to get in touch. A police spokesman said she has now been “traced safe and well” and thanked the public for their assistance.
