Aberdonians are participating in a theatre show taking place over 24 hours at five venues in Scotland, as well as online.
More than 840 people from eight countries will stage five-minute long performances as part of the National Theatre of Scotland’s Great Yes, No, Don’t Know, Five Minute Theatre Show.
Catriona Lang and Alice McAra, both aged 10, have devised a short story and will be joined by their classmates in a live broadcast from Ferryhill Primary in Aberdeen.
Other contributors include a cast of young people who will be debating the right to vote for 16-year-olds at Aberdeen Arts Centre and Theatre.
Duthie Park will host a comedy by James Warrender, who has imagined the Scottish Referendum of 2014 being discussed by those who have moved on to the afterlife.
An evening of entertainment is also taking place at The Lemon Tree, in West North Street.
Visit www.fiveminutetheatre.com for more information on the event which takes place over 24 hours, from 5pm on June 23.
