Pictured: Beauly Angling Club president, Paul pacey This weekend saw two north and north-east rivers open up for this year’s angling season. The River Beauly in the Highlands and the River Don in Aberdeenshire were officially opened at the weekend. Beauly Angling Club president, Paul Pacey, opened up the great north river with a dram of whisky. Whilst in Inverurie the town’s angling club kicked off the fishing season with a blessing from their member, Stuart Watson.
