Murray mania will sweep through Dunblane this weekend for a different reason than usual – as Andy Murray will tie the knot with fiancée Kim Sears tomorrow.
The couple intend only to have a small reception, but this will not stop the people from appearing on mass to celebrate the occasion.
Shops have prepared special displays dedicated to the occasion and streets are expected to be packed with supporters for the event.
The Riverside Pub in the town has gone as far as to produce a special brand of beer for the occasion called TogetherNess made by local brewer in Loch Ness.
The pair met at the US open in 2005 and Murray popped the question in November last year.
High profile guests are expected to travel to Perthshire for the occasion, including Tim Henman, Murray’s coach Amelie Mauresmo and Davis Cup player Ross Hutchins.
