Investigation launched after man dies following flat disturbance

Police have launched an investigation after a man died at a Glasgow flat, following a disturbance in the early hours of this morning.

Officers received reports of a disturbance at a property in Benalder Street, in the city’s Partick area, at around 8.50am this morning.

When police arrived at the flat, they found a man with serious injuries who later died at the scene, despite the best efforts of paramedics.

Another man and a woman were also taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Police have asked anyone with information to come forward.
