Is anyone else thinking Will Smith needs to show up and save us?
These amazing photographs show a menacing-looking ‘shelf’ cloud darkening the sky above a Scots town.
The brooding cloud was spotted in Saltcoats, Ayrshire, just after 2pm on Saturday (August 1).
It lasted just three minutes before it began to disappear and the coastal town was once again treated to blue skies and sunshine.
Photographer, Craig Bradshaw, 49, said: “A tight dark knot of cloud developed and then the air suddenly seemed to be sucked into it, forming the twisting ‘snake’ of cloud.”
