The incident happened off Buckhaven earlier this evening after an upturned blue dinghy was spotted off the coast. It is understood a body has been pulled from the water, and search crews are looking for anyone else involved. It has been suggested three people might have been on board. Aberdeen coastguard has been assisting the operation since 7pm, aswell as lifeboats from Kinghorn, Anstruther and Queensferry. A helicopter has also joined the search, scouring the waters off Buckhaven. More to follow.
