While anyone with any sense has stayed inside these past two days, tonight might be the perfect opportunity to test out your new rain jacket as scientists have said the Northern Lights could be visible over the UK.
The chances of viewing the aurora borealis is high in the Highlands, Northern England, North Wales, and Northern Ireland.
So grab your binoculars and see if you can catch a glimpse of the phenomenon, in between the rain drops.
