Tonight could be the last chance to see a stunning display of the natural wonders of space.
This week has given star-gazers and astronomy buffs the chance to see the Orionid meteor shower.
The shower is created by dust from Halley’s Comet and has been visible across parts of the UK which have been enjoying clear weather.
In particular, the eastern side of the country, from the north-east to Norwich have been highlighted by experts as the best place to catch the spectacular star show.
The meteors can be seen from around 9pm onwards but will be most visible after the moon sets at about midnight.
While the showers will be visible until November 7, scientists say tonight will be the last “peak” viewing time.
