Reports of person swept away in Storm Frank floods

Emergency services have mounted a major rescue operation after reports a person has been swept into the swollen River Tay.
Emergency services are at Pitnacree Bridge near Grandtully in Perthshire after someone was spotted going into the fast-flowing water.
The incident comes as Storm Frank continues to cause chaos across Scotland.
The fire service launched a major rescue operation at the river around 10am.
It is thought the person was swept into the water caused by flooding and high wind.
Police have cordoned off the area as specialist water rescue teams from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, along with crews from Aberfeldy and Pitlochry, battled to save the victim.
Several flood warnings remain in place throughout Tayside and Fife.
