A massive fire at a Fife tyre yard has been caught on film after a timelapse weather camera recorded plumes of smoke billowing from the site.
The video shows how smoke from the fire could be seen for miles around, with three fire engines being called to tackle the blaze.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed a pile of tyres as large as 40 metres by 20 metres had gone on fire in Coaltown of Balgonie and it is understood the blaze may have been deliberate.
Fire crews attended the scene at about 9pm, with the emergency being declared over at 11.45pm. Nobody was hurt in the incident.
A full investigation has been launched.
