Emergency services are in attendance at a theme park in Scotland.
Eleven people including nine children have been injured after the Tsunami ride at the M&D’s park near Strathclyde Park in Motherwell crashed.
There are six ambulance units in attendance alongside seven from the fire service.
A police spokesman said: “Emergency services are responding to an ongoing incident at M&Ds theme park in Motherwell and further updates will be given in due course.”
He added: “At this time we are aware of 11 casualties – two adults and nine children, who are all being treated at local hospitals.”
