A series of temporary traffic restrictions will be introduced to ensure public safety during the Christmas lights switch-on parade in Aberdeen on Sunday
From 3pm on Saturday until 6.30pm on Sunday a temporary parking ban will be in place on Albyn Grove.
On Sunday, Albyn Place will also be subject to a ban on parking between Albyn Grove and Holburn Street from 2pm until 6.30pm Albyn Place.
From 4pm until 6pm Albyn Place will be closed between Albyn Grove and Holburn Street.
From 4.30pm to 6.30pm Union Street will be closed between Market Street and Union Terrace/Bridge Street.
From 5pm to 6.30pm Union Street and Castle Street will be closed along their entire lengths and King Street will be closed between the Castle Street and East/West North Street junctions.
From 5pm until 6.30pm the existing ban on right turns from Union Street into Bridge Street will be temporarily suspended.
The ban on right turns from King Street into West North Street will be suspended from 5pm until 6.30pm.
From 5pm to 6.30pm the ban on right turns from Skene Street into Rosemount Viaduct will be suspended for buses only.
The ban on right turns from Holburn Street into Willowbank Road will also be suspended, for buses only, from 5pm until 6pm.
