Heavy traffic after crane breaks down on B977

Traffic is heavy on the B977 Dyce Road due to a broken down crane that has come off the road.

Police were made aware of the incident between the Parkhill Crossroads and Belhelvie at 7am.

A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: “A large crane has left the carriageway and displace soil onto the road.

“The road is not closed however delays are expected while efforts are made to recover the crane.”
