Car crashes off of north-east road and lands in field

A car has come off a north-east road and landed in a field.
Police, the fire and rescue service and paramedics have been called to the incident on the B9120 between Laurencekirk and St Cyrus.
The incident, involving one vehicle, took place at just after 2pm.
A fire and rescue spokeswoman said an appliance had been sent from Laurencekirk to help deal with the incident.
She added: “I think one car is in a field, we are sending one unit to see if there is anything we can do. We got the call at 2.14pm, it was on a back road between St Cyrus and Laurencekirk.”
A police spokeswoman said: “It was reported to us at 2.17pm, the fire and rescue service advised us of a one vehicle road traffic collision.
“We are on the way. Ambulance have been contacted.”
