British Transport Police has issued an appeal for information after a woman was sexually assaulted on a north-east train.
The incident happened at around 9pm on Saturday, April 1 on the Aberdeen to Inverurie 8.55pm service.
The woman was walking along the aisle of the train when a man held his leg in front of her, causing her to bump into him.
He then touched her inappropriately.
The man got off the service at Inverurie and is thought to have been travelling with three other men and four women.
The offender is white, aged in his sixties, wearing casual clothes.
