North-east police are continuing to seek assistance from the public to trace a missing 65-year-old man who was last seen in the Granite City.
William Luff, was last seen in Aberdeen yesterday afternoon before being reported as missing.
It is believed Mr Luff boarded a train from Aberdeen Railway Station bound for Edinburgh.
Mr Luff is described as being 5ft 10in tall and to have medium length greying hair. He is further described as having a distinctive long greying beard and a pale complexion.
A spokesman said: “William may be in Edinburgh or the central belt of Scotland.
“He was wearing blue jeans, dark shoes, and a blue jacket with a red hooded top.”
If anyone recalls seeing Mr Luff yesterday or has seen him since yesterday they are asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference number 2902 of 22 February.
