A bus company is launching a new service to take visitors to Speyside.
Stagecoach North Scotland will put on a new service connecting Aviemore with Dufftown and Elgin from July 8.
The frequency of trips between Speyside and the rest of the region.
The new connection will also provide links to Citylink services in Aviemore for anyone travelling south to Glasgow or for visitors connecting to the Moray area without the need to go to Inverness.
There will be three return journeys per day connecting Aviemore with Elgin and four trips on Saturdays for a trial period until October 26.
The summer Sunday service between Dufftown and Elgin will return from July 14 until October 27 on a two-hourly frequency during the day.
David Liston, managing director, Stagecoach North Scotland said: “We are delighted to be able to take the learnings and feedback on board from previous trials in the Moray area to provide another new link over the summer this year connecting Dufftown with Aviemore.”
