ScotRail passengers are facing delays this morning due to an ongoing signal issue between Dalwhinnie and Kingussie.
UPDATE 12.23pm: A temporary fix has been successfully implemented.
Train services running through these stations are returning to normal though some services may still be delayed or revised.
A full repair will be made at close of service this evening.
Trains are running at a reduced speed due on all lines and disruption is expected to last into the afternoon due to the faults.
Engineering staff have been deployed to fix the error.

A ScotRail statement said: “We have a signalling fault this morning delaying our trains between Dalwhinnie and Kingussie, our staff are on site and are working hard to rectify the fault.
“Train services running through these stations will be delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 3:30pm.”
