In Aberdeen Riverside Drive remains closed as it undergoes emergency repair work – a local diversion is in place.
Motorists in the city can also expect the usual busyness around Haudagain, Union Street, Holburn Street and the Beach Boulevard.
In Aberdeenshire there may be some congestion around Westhill heading toward the Lang Stracht in Aberdeen and drivers further north in Moray in the Highlands be shouldn’t wind up in any tailbacks.
There might be one or two issues on the A9 at the Findhorn Bridge where a contraflow is in place between 7am and 5pm until Oct 19th – but nothing too serious.
