Good morning P&J readers. Sadly it’s still not Friday, but the roads in the north of Scotland are clear and steady, so at least you’ll arrive at work on time.
Aberdeen motorists should note that Riverside Drive remains closed as it undergoes emergency repair work – a local diversion is in place.
Those travelling around in the city can expect the usual busy-ness around Haudagain, Union Street, Holburn Street and the Beach Boulevard.
In Aberdeenshire there’s likely to be congestion around Westhill heading toward Aberdeen — and watch out for resurfacing work on the A90 outside Laurencekirk.
There might be one or two issues on the A9 at the Findhorn Bridge where a contraflow is in place between 7am and 5pm until October 19 – but nothing too serious.
