Monday morning blues are upon us and another yellow weather warning for ice has been issued for the north of Scotland.
But not to worry, Christmas is only ten days away!
And, it’s still Christmas party season out there. We had out P&J one at the weekend. Did you?
Anyway, let’s get to the important bit; traffic and travel.
A gritter has broken down just off the A9 at Aviemore and is causing some serious tailbacks. And to make things worse, only small vehicles can get past it. Recovery services are working to clear the issue as fast as possible.
Snow drifts are also being reported along the A9 at Achavanich and Old Ousdale – so take care and drive slowly.
In Aberdeen, there are fairly serious delays after a two car accident at Kingswells Roundabout around 7am.
There’s long-term roadworks on St Machar Drive in Tillydrone at the Bedford Road junction.
A diversion is still in place at Riverside Drive.
The usual congestion can be expected around Haudagain, Union Street, Holburn Street and the Beach Boulevard.
In Aberdeenshire one lane on the A90 at Stonehaven is closed for resurfacing during the night.
There’s also resurfacing work outside Peterhead, which could cause delays.
And in Keith temporary traffic lights are in place in both directions on Moss Street at the Bridge Street junction.
