Here’s this morning’s travel news. Winds are still affecting Skye Bridge and Dornoch Bridge, however both are open. Northlink sailings from Kirkwall, Lerwick and Aberdeen are subject to delays. The Barra and South Uist, North Uist and Harris, South Uist, and Islay CalMac services are under review. And over to the roads… In Aberdeen there’s long-term roadworks on St Machar Drive in Tillydrone at the Bedford Road junction. The usual congestion can be expected around Haudagain, Union Street, Holburn Street and the Beach Boulevard. In Aberdeenshire one lane on the A90 at Stonehaven is closed for resurfacing during the night. There’s also resurfacing work outside Peterhead, which could cause delays.
