The blue Ford Ka went out of control at the roundabout between the A96 Aberdeen-Inverurie road and Dyce Drive at around 6.15pm. Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene, and although the driver’s injuries were not serious she was taken to ARI for a check-up. A police spokeswoman said: “It was a car that had been trying to go around the roundabout and came off the road, it was a single vehicle incident. “The woman complained of chest pan due to airbag deployment. “There were no road blockages. It looks as though she’s skidded on the road.” A driver who witnessed the incident said: “It’s just gone off the road. The front of the car is all dented.”
