Scotrail services leaving and entering the city’s railway station have been subject to delays at rush hour after the train developed a fault. The operator said the fault was fixed around 40 minutes after it was reported and warned that services would be delayed until around 6.30pm. Services arriving and departing between Kyle, Wick, Aberdeen and the central belt were all subject to disruption.
