The accident took place on the B9005 just east of Ellon. Police and ambulance teams were called to the scene of the incident at 7.50am this morning. The severity of the injuries caused by the accident, which involved a silver Suzuki Grand Vitara and a red Ford Fiesta, is currently unknown. UPDATE: The road is now open as of 9.23am.
