Teen taken to hospital after car rolls off Aberdeenshire road

A teenager has been taken to Aberdeen Royal infirmary after his car careered off an Aberdeenshire road.
The man – said to be in his late teens – complained of back and stomach pain after the red Ford Focus went off the B9119 Tarland to Lumphanan road at around 9.20am.
The road was not closed as a result of the incident, which took place near Tarland.
A police spokesman said: “There was a road traffic collision out Tarland way. The car had rolled. The guy is away to hospital but it is nothing life-threatening.
“That came to us at 9.20am, he complained of a sore back and abdominal pain. He’d gone off the road.”
An ambulance spokeswoman said: “We got the call at 9.15am for a road traffic collision, we put two ambulance out and one patient was taken in in with minor injuries.”
