Three car crash near Huntly

Emergency services were called to a crash involving three vehicles on an Aberdeenshire road earlier this afternoon.

Nobody was hurt in the accident, which happened near Huntly at around 3pm, on the A96 Aberdeen to Inverness road.

The crash occurred at the junction with the A920, near the town’s Tesco.

One female driver was checked over on scene by an ambulance, but did not require further medical attention.

The road was blocked and police were redirecting traffic until 4.20pm as the vehicles were recovered.
