A north-east road was closed due to flooding caused by heavy rainfall from last night into this morning.
The B979 Peterculter to Westhill (Malcolm) Road had been closed in both directions due to heavy rain overnight from Boxing Day until early this morning.
It was shut between its junction with the North Deeside Road in Peterculter and the B9119 roundabout at Cairnie.
Police said the road was “impassible” due to surface water last night.
It was reopened this morning.
