The B977 Dyce to Fintray road is blocked between Parkhill crossroads and A947. Earlier today police warned motorists of hazardous conditions today with further heavy rain and high winds forecast. A police statement advised motorists to: “Leave plenty of time to travel and reduce speeds.”
