Structural engineers were called to the east of Dundee following reports of a crash just after midday. A spokesman for Network Rail said: “The vehicle hit the bridge just after noon. “We sent structural engineers to inspect and they were there at 12.20pm. “They concluded their inspection and concluded there was no real damage to the bridge. “It was reopened at 12.50pm. “There will be some delays to trains as we get them running again.”
