The youngsters are seen with their feet on the bottom rung of the barrier as they are crouched over the top. As the train approaches one of the girls is seen to lean right over and appear to gesture at passengers as the First Hull Trains carriages pass. The video was captured at around 6pm on Thursday evening in Hull, East Yorks. It follows a campaign by British Transport Police and Network Rail urging people to take extra care when travelling around the railway.
