VIDEO: Watch as Two lorry drivers drive through huge crashing waves in Cornwall

The moment two lorry drivers decided to drive through huge crashing waves has been captured on video.

The footage filmed by Dan Hazelton features a Rodda’s van and a bin lorry dashing across the flooded Portmellon seafront in Cornwall this morning.

Dan, 35, of St Austell, described them as ‘very lucky’ not to have been washed into the sea.

He said: “I had my heart in my mouth. I had been watching the waves for 15 minutes and did not believe the road was passable without a car being washed in and then two came.”
