The Southampton resident has become the first person to catch all 142 Pokemon available in the UK – as well as an egg hatch of a US exclusive, Tauros. Sam credits Pokemon Go with helping him along his weight loss journey – something he has been struggling with for nearly ten years. He said: “The distance I have walked works out to be from Southampton to London and back. “It has helped me lose two stone – something I had been struggling with.”
