The 15-month-old can be seen instructing 500 boys residing at Camp Rockmount to either clap or wave their hands in the air. Humouring the toddler’s efforts, or threatened by his dictator like demeanour, the young boys obey the given orders. The video, filmed at Camp Rockmount, was uploaded to “RFamilyPage’s” YouTube account where it has received nearly 200,000 views.
