Parents James Leanne Brough, , were stunned when six-year-old Danyl walked unaided for eight feet across the living room of their family home on Saturday .
Having a disability can be hard enough, but little Danyl Brough has to cope with six.
Danyl suffers from CHARGE Syndrome, a cluster of conditions which affect his eyes, ears, heart, nose and growth.
The youngster is almost completely blind and deaf, his left nostril is blocked by bone and he has a defect in his heart.
And in the years since his birth, Danyl has been in and out of hospital and has had 12 operations in an attempt to treat his various conditions.
