The moment a lorry started driving at crowds of people celebrating Bastille Day in Nice, France has been captured by a by-stander on their mobile phone.
The footage, taken from a balcony around 200ft from the incident, has since gone viral online.
There have been 84 confirmed deaths so far in the terror attack which happened late last night.
One witness said the driver produced a gun before being shot by French police.
French President Francois Hollande said the country’s state of emergency would be extended for another three months.
