As middle age approaches, years of sedentary work and lack of exercise will have softened a husband up. Now is the time when he becomes most prone to the diseases which are responsible for 40% of all male deaths - coronary ailments. Brian Donald, 41 St Clair Street, has the right idea... he "keeps fit" three times a week at the Scotis Health Studios in Market Street.
